Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Malpur Mart holds no liability for unauthorized purchases made due to compromised user credentials. You must provide a valid Pakistani mobile number for OTP and order verification purposes.
All product prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of General Sales Tax (GST) where applicable, strictly adhering to Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) regulations. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice due to currency fluctuations, import duties, or supplier cost changes. In the event of a pricing error on the website, Malpur Mart reserves the right to cancel any orders placed for that item.

Our return and refund protocols are designed to comply with the Islamabad Consumer Protection Act, 1995, and equivalent provincial consumer protection laws, ensuring fair and transparent dispute resolution for defective or misrepresented goods.
Timeframe: Claims must be initiated within 7 calendar days from the delivery date.
Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all factory seals, tags, and warranty cards intact.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt, order confirmation email, or order number must be provided.
Visual Evidence: Customers are strictly required to provide an uncut unboxing video and clear photographic evidence of any defects, damages, or discrepancies at the time of opening the parcel.
For hygiene, safety, and regulatory reasons, the following items cannot be returned: perishable goods, cosmetics, intimate apparel, customized/personalized items, and clearance/sale items.
Approved refunds will not be issued in cash. Refunds will be transferred electronically to the customer's verified bank account via Inter-Bank Fund Transfer (IBFT) or registered mobile wallets within 7 to 14 business days. The name on the bank account must match the name on the Malpur Mart billing profile to prevent anti-money laundering (AML) violations.

Orders are generally dispatched within 24-48 business hours. Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our third-party logistics (3PL) partners and range from 2 to 5 business days for major cities, and up to 7 business days for remote areas.
All orders totaling PKR 2,000 or above qualify for FREE door-step delivery nationwide across Pakistan. For orders below PKR 2,000, a flat shipping fee of PKR 150 applies.
The risk of loss and title for items purchased from Malpur Mart pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. However, we will assist you in lodging claims with the courier for goods damaged in transit, provided you report the damage within 12 hours of receiving the shipment.
Repeatedly refusing confirmed orders at the doorstep without valid justification will result in the suspension of Cash on Delivery (COD) privileges and potential blacklisting of the user's address and phone number on our platform and shared logistics databases.
Delivery timelines are subject to change without notice due to unavoidable circumstances such as national holidays, severe weather conditions, or local law and order situations (e.g., protests, sealed routes).
